I've been working my ass off with insanity every day and yoga and running with Lucy cutting back and sweets and no more pop! my face has been getting clear and i feel clean it feels great and around this time my Friend Marco has been pushing my fatass to more then what i was used to which let me tell you, paid off big time thanks MARCO!! and from April on this was full on beast mode!!!
oh yeah and by this time i got a gym membership! :) big for me lol! lets get it going best mode!!!!!!!
