Sunday Skin: Cleaning Your Penis

A lot of men don't know that they should clean there under there foreskin. Some call it uncut or just cut but men! Pay attention clean it. All you have to do it pull it back and clean and make sure it's clean everyday to prevent any bad hygiene. You want to stay clean for you significant other even for your self so remember to scrub it clean down there. Even men that are circimsized, keep it clean remember to always wash down there you can get an effection from being dirty down there so men always make sure to keep it clean.

Sunday Skin: Dirty Pillow Cases Cause Acne

Don't forget, while your laying your freshly washed face on your pillow that you can get acne! Yes thats right acne! From that dirty pillow case. If its not clean your acne will just come back or you will get acne if its clean from the oils in your hair.

Always remember to wash your pillow cases every week or as much as you can. No good having to do all that work for your face if you have dirty pillow cases to bring the acne right back. If you sleep on you face (which you should not be doing ) it will effect you even more. So helpful sunday skin tip is to always remove your cases or to change you're pillow cases out or wash them as soon as possible.

Sunday Skin: Noxzema

I've always used this since I was at least 11 or so it's been in my family for forever! It's a perfect thing to hydrate your skin. You can feel the difference when you don't have a good mask, big time. It cleanse's your skin as well. If my skin feels really bad I sleep with it on and in the morning my skin feels great. My skin is very sensitive so it doesn't even bother my face at all. You can just leave it on for 15 minutes if you don't feel like sleeping with it as well.

Sunday Skin: don't Chap About It

Since the weather is getting very cold, you might want to get invested in a great lip balm. You can easily make your own or by a very in expensive one.

Do: apply when needed and before bed. So your lips soak in all that moister.

DON'T: Lick your lips. If your licking your lips for them not to get chapped and nasty then stop that right now. That will only make it worse.

If you do lick your lips a while lot and pucker up plenty then. Apply your fav lip balm.

Mine has to be any from blistex or Burt's and bees or this cherry flavored one from Chapstick. I think I like them all.

Sunday Skin: Vaseline

Vaseline is you're best friend when it comes to an at home beauty product. It's the best and works for almost anything.

Lips: dry lips? no chap stick? don't worry it will help put moisture right back into those lips. Do your lips have discoloration? No worries take a tooth brush some Vaseline on the lips and brush with cold water and just like that back to fresh colored lips.

Eyes and crows feet: I always put a dab before bed on each eye lid to seal moisture. And just a little at the edge of my eye not to much don't want to clog your pores.

Hands,elbows,and feet: are they dry? Same as lips without Chapstick, before bed ad some to the dry area and then use socks to cover you're body parts.(remember to put a thin layer of Vaseline on first before the socks or gloves)

Scars: if you have a new scar don't worry it won't stay there for long. Every day keep it moisturized with Vaseline. Now this you can pile it on. The scar needs moisturizer, so hence the Vaseline.

Sunday Skin: Exfoliation

Scrub a dub dub that skin of yours.

Remember last week when I told you all about a good mask? And after the green mask I exfoliate? It's that's easy to remember to exfoliate.

Exfoliate once a week. Every week. You can also exfoliate in the night to remove the dead skin daily as well but make sure it's not a really rough one. I always use the st. Ives Apricot Scrub. It works great and feels great. Always does the job.

Exfoliating your skin helps remove all the dead skin and black heads From you're face. You can also exfoliate you're body with sugar scrubs or sea salt scrubs. It helps your skin shine like the beauty you are.

Remember to moisturize right after then you will wake up with great smooth feeling skin.

Sunday Skin: A Good Mask Or Two

This one well is very wow! But thats cool, I do it for you guys to show you all this crazy stuff to help you. So don't be shy.

So I were two different masks on two different days. The white one is noxzema mask, its white and goes on great ad hydrates you're skin. Brings all the bad stuff to surface. If my skin is really bad I sleep with it on and it doesn't dry up my face. My skin is very sensitive so okay to use. I always wash my face before and after I put it on, With cetaphil.

The next mask I use the next day is, min julep masque mask. You can buy these anywhere an off brand or the real brand. I leave this one on for only 15 minuets, now this one will over dry anyone's face. Anything that has came to surface with the Noxzema mask will dry up. Remember to wash you're face good and to exfoliate.

Sunday Skin: The Way You Sleep

A lot of people don't know that the way you sleep has a lot to do with how you wake up in the morning.

The two pics of my facing down and Facing to my side are wrong. The one facing upward is right. You wake up with swollen face in the morning when you have so much pressure on you're face. All the blood is on one side and goes just on that one part of the face. Which is why you wake up with a swollen face.

Try and face up next time when you sleep and you will see a big difference in the morning. Happy trip to dreamland.

Sunday Skin: Spoons,Freezer&Puffy Eyes

Beauty tip time!

Step 1: get spoons
Step 2: put them in freezer and leave them there or if in a Hurry leave them in for 5mins till they are cold.
Step 3: place them on the puffy bags of you're eyes till they aren't cold any more and move them around as show in the pic at the same time. Then the puffiness is gone.

I always leave mine in the freezer turns out I ways need them with hardly any sleep. More tips to come.
